Danielle HillB.Ed. Cultural Consultant

    Taan-shi, Danielle Hill niiya. Hello from Danielle Hill, who joins the Tipping Point Team as our Indigenous Cultural Consultant.  Danielle is Metis from ni mawnaw (her mother). Her ancestors can be traced back to the Red River settlement. Ni nouhkom (her grandmother is from Duck Lake Saskatchewan and ni moushoum (her grandfather is from Batoche, Saskatchewan. Her father’s family is Austrian that immigrated to Saskatchewan in the early 1800s. She has been a guest along with her family on the Sto:lo territory for the past 25 years.

    This past year Danielle has completed her degree in Indigenous studies at UFV where she developed a strong connection to her cultural history and identity of her ancestors. She look forward working with you and your families to support in a journey toward health and healing.
